Sheridan is one of the largest elementary schools in Tacoma Public Schools with nearly 500 students who attend each year.

We have a diverse student population and serve preschool through 5th grade. We are in the early stages of developing a K-5 dual language Spanish immersion program and expect to grow one grade level each year. In addition to our dual language classes, we serve between 130-150 multilingual students.

We also house one multilingual preschool program and a federally funded Early Childhood Education Assistance Program (ECEAP) preschool. We are proud of our entire student population and staff who work hard each day to learn and grow together. Be sure to stop and see our Hard Work and Effort bulletin board by our front office!
